Nick joined Mazzola Mardon, P.C. in March, 2017 as a law clerk before completing his Juris Doctor at Hofstra University School of Law on Long Island, New York.

Nick has spent his entire legal career serving as counsel to international unions, district-level unions, and local unions in New York and New Jersey, advising labor unions and labor union officials on all aspects of federal labor law. 

Nick focuses much of his practice advising the firm's welfare fund clients and their fiduciaries on matters of compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, the ACA and other health care and health insurance laws, as well as representing the plans in federal courts and before administrative agencies. 

Nick also advises our clients in areas of traditional employment law, such as employment discrimination, disability and accommodation, and assists our other Taft-Hartley fund clients and local contract administrators on contract and benefit administration.
