Lesley Mardon primarily practices federal labor law and employee benefits law. She advises labor unions regarding the negotiation and enforcement of collective bargaining agreements, counsels employee benefit funds regarding compliance with employee benefits law and employment law, represents unions and employee benefit funds before governmental regulatory agencies, and advises clients on internal union governance matters. She also conducts training seminars for union and employee benefit fund clients regarding legal and regulatory compliance matters.
