Defense of unions under federal, state and local laws: We defend labor unions in all aspects of labor and employment litigation, including matters arising under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), the Labor Management Relations Act (LMRA), the LMRDA, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and similar state and local laws.

Contract negotiation and collective bargaining: Our firm has union knowledge and decades of experience in the maritime longshore industry.
